Quality Assurance
and Testing.

Every second of downtime costs
you Uptime.

That’s why we go beyond basic inspections—our Quality Assurance and Testing Services procedures are designed to keep your IT infrastructure running at peak performance.

Initial Equipment Testing Protocols

Our technicians complete an end-to-end physical inspection and authenticity verification for all incoming equipment to the board-level, including the following protocols:

*Equipment that fails any test protocol is promptly rejected and not offered to customers, ensuring only the best reaches your network.

OEM Diagnostic Tools

We don't just test — we stress-test. Using Spirent network simulation, we push every piece of hardware to its limits.

  • Full-Load Testing - Ensures optimal speed and data flow under peak usage.
  • Latency and Packet-Loss Analysis - Identifies weaknesses before they cause failures.
  • Real-World Conditions - Simulates live network traffic for the most accurate performance assessment.

TechWorkSpace (TWS) is a proprietary application developed by Curvature and utilized by our technicians to test and qualify all equipment. It features a dynamic knowledge database that continuously evolves, providing real-time updates on testing procedures, protocols, specifications, field notices, and potential red flags.

Within this secure lab environment, our engineers can:

  • Perform in-depth diagnostics on every device.
  • Test compatibility across multi-vendor networks.
  • Utilize port testers to conduct traffic tests on all device ports.
  • Verify firmware and configurations with advanced testing methods.
  • Maintain a real-time, globally updated database of testing procedures for each item ID.
  • Attach test logs and images to each serial number for complete documentation.

Curvature’s Testing Environment (CTE) is a bootable Linux-based operating system. CTE has been developed in-house as an enterprise grade x86 Hardware Diagnostic Tool. It provides a safe environment to collect objective and accurate insight into the status of x86 server hardware. Every CPU and memory component is stress tested.

Every aspect of the hardware is documented including:

  • Lifetime hours
  • Voltage levels
  • Network throughput
  • Temperature levels

Compatibility:

  • Dell EMC, Cisco, HPE, Supermicro

In addition to CTE testing, we use OEM diagnostic tools that align with the original manufacturer of each device. This ensures any potential failures occur in-house — never in the hands of our customers.

If a component fails, it doesn't ship — period.

  • All server components undergo stress testing to OEM specifications.
  • Multi-day testing ensures long-term reliability.

Why Curvature?

Most data centers and enterprise networks operate with IT infrastructure from multiple OEMs. When it’s time to refresh or upgrade, having an industry-leading supplier like Curvature gives you a distinct advantage.

In addition, when an asset reaches End of Life (EOL), End of Service Life (EOSL), or End of Sale (EOS), you still need reliable equipment to keep your data center running. Curvature sources hardware long after OEMs stop manufacturing or servicing these parts.
